This is the journey that has guided me along a path of deep introspection, fueled by an insatiable curiosity for knowledge, wisdom, and understanding the human experience.
Born in Gatineau, Quebec, in the early 1980s, I was raised by a hardworking entrepreneur father and a nurturing mother who struggled with childhood trauma and mental health challenges.
At six years old, everything changed when I lost my mother to suicide. That traumatic event set me on a quest to uncover the gifts that would eventually shape my purpose.
In 2012, as a mother of three young children, I faced another profound challenge: the loss of three close friends within a year and a half. The grief and fear led to panic attacks so intense I found myself in the ER, convinced I was having a heart attack. It was a wake-up call, to confront long-buried fears and traumas and to look inward for true healing.
Throughout this journey, I observed troubling patterns everywhere, in relationships, work, and within myself. I saw people, including myself, drained, unfulfilled, caught in cycles of blame, stress, and drama. It became painfully clear that chasing money or external success could not fill the deep emptiness within. Disconnected and exhausted, we were like leaky containers, constantly seeking fulfillment that slipped away.
This realization ignited my curiosity, and I began to relinquish resistance a step at a time, allowing a deeper truth to emerge. My unconventional path became a calling, a desire to seek deeper answers and transformation from within.
